With a background in exercise science and nutrition, along with years of hands-on coaching experience, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people become stronger, more confident versions of themselves. As a former collegiate dancer and competitive bodybuilder, I understand the discipline, structure, and mindset it takes to transform both physically and mentally.

I know firsthand that fitness isn’t just about aesthetics or numbers in the gym. There was a time in my life when I felt completely disconnected from myself. Through training, structure, and learning how to take care of my body, I slowly rebuilt my confidence, my discipline, and my sense of direction. That experience now shapes how I work with every client.

My goal as a coach is not just to guide people through workouts, but to teach them how to understand their bodies, build confidence in the gym, and develop habits that last far beyond a training program.
