I’m not sure if there are enough kind words that exist to describe Brittany. As someone who struggles deeply with body image, anxiety, and is fearful of looking foolish in front of people, I was hesitant to reach out to a personal trainer. However, Brittany instantly made me feel comfortable. She is supportive, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She corrects my form without making me feel like I’m doing things the “wrong” way. She was completely free of judgement when I described my goals, and doesn’t push me to become something that doesn’t feel like “me”. Brittany has a gift for kicking my butt and pushing me to do my best, all while making me giggle and feel strong - what more could I ask for?
